Javon Johnson • “cuz he's black" (Animation)

I collaborated with Javon Johnson and Button Poetry to produce an animated short of Javon Johnson's spoken words about a Black American father's fear for his boy growing up in America. The animation received numerous recognitions, including the 'best-animated shorts' award at San Diego's Asian Film Festival and an IMAA 4 Award from AIAP.
